The 2,400-square-foot space features a sprung-wood dance floor installed in 2023 and a JBL Professional sound system that actually fills the room without punishing your ears. The result is a space where you can hear instructor cues clearly even during peak classes.
What sets this studio apart is variety. Rhythm & Motion runs six distinct Zumba formats weekly: classic Zumba, Zumba Toning, Zumba Gold (low-impact), Zumba Kids, STRONG Nation, and Aqua Zumba at the affiliated pool two blocks away.
