The Crossover Step

The crossover step is a classic Zumba move that involves stepping from side to side while crossing one foot in front of the other. Here's how to do it:

  2. Step to the right with your right foot.
  3. Step to the right with your left foot, crossing it in front of your right foot.
  4. Step to the left with your right foot, crossing it behind your left foot.
  5. Step to the left with your left foot.
  6. Repeat, this time starting with your left foot.

The Rock Step

The rock step is a simple but effective move that involves shifting your weight from one foot to the other. Here's how to do it:
